Kettukallio Experience Village offers year-round accommodation for up to 10 people in a traditional old log cabin surrounded by rugged forest landscapes. From spring to autumn, accommodation is also available in charming sleeping huts, a sleep barrel, and a cabin.
Accommodation is available in several different buildings. The distances between them are short, as all the buildings are arranged in a village-like setting around the pond.
People stay with us for many different reasons, which is why we offer a variety of accommodation options.
We cannot offer private rooms with en-suite showers, but we can offer an authentic experience close to nature, an old-fashioned “grandma’s house” atmosphere, beautifully decorated rooms in a traditional loft-style barn, and affordable accommodation.

Accommodation options
"Torppa" farmhouse
Stay in a charming farmhouse in the peace of nature — room for up to 10 guests, sauna included.
The cottage is our only year-round accommodation option and the only one with an indoor toilet and shower.
"Majoitusmökki" holiday cottage
The lakeside accommodation cabin offers comfortable lodging for up to 8 people. The cabin has bunk beds for 6, two single beds, a small fireplace, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
During the summer, B&B accommodation is also available on weekdays.
"luhtiaitta" - traditional Finnish granary
Moved to Kettukallio in early summer 2018, this traditional Finnish loft barn provides accommodation for 10+2 guests across four separate rooms. The rooms sleep 2–4 people, and all rooms have electricity and heating.
During the summer, B&B accommodation is also available on weekdays.
small log cabin
In the yard of the cottage, there is a small log cabin that can be used for accommodation during the warmer months. It serves as additional accommodation for guests staying in the main cottage.
revonka-barn – traditional Finnish log granary
Revonka Barn was completed in May 2025. The old log frame was relocated from Sitarla and renovated into a cozy accommodation space for up to 5 people.
During the summer, B&B accommodation is also available on weekdays.
Sleep barrel "unitynnyri"
An old sauna barrel at the edge of the forest has been transformed into a charming sleeping barrel. It features a spacious 180 cm double bed and electric heating. Available for accommodation during the warmer months.

Vaisu
We stayed at the Farmhouse for a week during summer and had a wonderful time. A charming cottage in stunning scenery and peaceful natural surroundings. Plenty of sleeping spots upstairs, though the ceiling is low. The steep stairs and rocky cliffs around the cottage should be noted when visiting with young children. Lots of reading material in the cottage, as well as games and toys for children, and a paddleboard available at the nearby pond. The separate large sauna was a great addition. Plenty of nature attractions in the area, and Helsinki is less than an hour away.
Milla
We were at ”Torppa”. It was close to 30 degrees but sitting outside was still close to perfect, it wasn’t too hot. The surrounding forest gives a nice shade from the sun. The view from palju is perfect. The cabin itself is nostalgic and really idyllic. I would say, a perfect place to have a party with good friends in the middle of nowhere, and as good to go with a family.
